when does my website listed ?

My website most popular websites has not listed in dmoz directory yet after near 18 months !

is there any problem with my website ?

or is there any black list of the websites which removes the requests automatically ?

or is is possible there was an editor which refuse the request of my website which is similer to website of himself ?

I dont know what can I do to solve this problem !

I have been read the " how to add" section more times !

plz help me to solve
