Login expired. Reinstatement request not working

Hello,

 

Before the recent technical problems, I hadn't logged in for a couple of months due to time constraints. Obviously I was also unable to login during the technical problems and my editor user-id seems to have expired.

 

Since the reistatement function seems to be still out of order, what can I do to request being reinstated?
