Editing a directory listing

I'm the brand manager for People-Trak and we have a listing in the Go-Site directory. I would like to update the description for our company/product, but as far as I can tell, there is no editor for the Human Resources Software category. Who should I contact in order to have our information modified?

Without checking your listing or the category; the way to suggest a change in your listing is to wander over to that category and use the "Update Listing" link.

 

I'm not going to repeat the FAQ that there are over 200 editors who may edit anywhere in the directory, and that update requests are tagged differently than new suggestions, and are given higher priority by some editors.

You know that we're not the Go-Site Directory, right?

I didn't until a few minutes ago. Apparently, many sites and search engines link to or use Open Directory, including the Go-Site Directory.

Yes, a large number of sites make use of the Open Directory data. Unfortunately, even if your description update request is accepted at dmoz.org, it can take months (or longer) for changes to trickle down to data users.
