I was submitting a site and filled out the form appropriately but after submitting I see this text:

"The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://www.dmoz.org/cgi-bin/add.cgi

 

The following error was encountered:

 

Unable to determine IP address from host name for http://www.dmoz.org

The dnsserver returned:

 

No DNS records

Was wondering if you guys knew about it. I can provide the category if you want but it strikes as being more likely a systemic problem.

I was about to submit the same thread just seconds ago. About 20% of my browsing DMOZ ends with that error page...
