Also an advice for the following: We have a multi language site, the above URl opens the English version. From there one can switch to one of the 4 languages offered. Would you recommend to submit the site (ABove Url with ?LNG=FRE e.g) for each language separately? Thanks in advance! You folks do a great job!

Your site is awaiting review there. You should submit the root URL (without the ?LNG=FRE) to each language. The links on the home page are obvious.
