PSguru Posted August 8, 2007 Posted August 8, 2007 Hello, I'm wondering how long it takes to get a site listed. I re-submitted several times, In any case, how long does it typically take? Any insight, please do help. Thanks!
motsa Posted August 8, 2007 Posted August 8, 2007 There is no typical time. Some sites are listed without ever having been suggested to us. For sites that have been suggested to us, review time could be anywhere from a day to years and there's no way we can tell where any specific site might fall in that timescale.
Meta shadow575 Posted August 8, 2007 Meta Posted August 8, 2007 I re-submitted several times....Then you are your own worst enemy of review times. Each time you resubmit it overwrites previous suggestions. Therefore if someone comes along and wants to review public suggestions and chooses to do so by date suggested, you have effectively moved your self to the bottom of the pool. Review times are unpredictable simply due to the fact that no one can predict when another volunteer will be interested in the categories suggestions. Not following the Suggestions Guidelines by sending in multiple suggestions of the same or related URL's is only going to slow the review process down. Shadow *The opinions I offer are my own and may not represent the opinions of Curlie.org or other editors.* It can take anywhere from two hours to several years for a site review to take place. I do not respond to private messages requesting site status checks. _______________________________________________ https://shadow575.wordpress.com/
