Is it possible that we can submitt one URL more than one or two categories/Subcategories in DMOZ.Org?

Our submission guidelines at http://dmoz.org/add.html ask you to select the one best category. In practice, an additional locality listing within Regional is OK if the site offers local services. Anything more than that just makes unecessary work for editors, who tend to resent indiscriminate shotgun listing suggestions.
