Meta shadow575 Posted November 12, 2007 Meta Posted November 12, 2007 There may be a system bug effecting the Suggest URL function. I am not technical enough to try and figure it out, so I have queried the experts. Thanks for the heads up. 1 Shadow *The opinions I offer are my own and may not represent the opinions of Curlie.org or other editors.* It can take anywhere from two hours to several years for a site review to take place. Meta nea Posted November 14, 2007 Meta Posted November 14, 2007 if you guys are to overloaded and need some help pm me i can take a look at it. Thank you for the kind offer! Unfortunately this is not something that we editors or any external person can do anything about - it's the AOL staff who have to fix it. We have been told that they are working on it. There is no need to report this error any more, since the tech staff are aware of the problem and that it affects the entire directory. Thanks. :moz: Curlie Meta and kMeta editor nea
crowbar Posted November 14, 2007 Posted November 14, 2007 I tried to help, but they told me my pliars and screwdriver weren't needed. Quite rude about it, too , I thought.
spectregunner Posted November 14, 2007 Posted November 14, 2007 I'd offer to help, but I suspect that this is one of the few broken things that cannot be fixed with a liberal application of high explosives.
Meta nea Posted November 15, 2007 Meta Posted November 15, 2007 Suggesting a site to the directory works again. Curlie Meta and kMeta editor nea
