Either you submitted somewhere else, something else (aka another URL), or you received an error message/timeout while submitting. But we would not list the deeplink anyway. I would like to clarify few things: 1) You mentioned "But we would not list the deeplink anyway". This link exists, so do you mean that is there any fees associated to get listed in this link. 2) Can I submit my website as http://www.accubell.com/accubell/phonecards.html. Is this is allowed or you only accept http://www.accubell.com to be listed. 3)If I am not allowed all together, so do I need to re submit. I still need to get answer for question 1 to know which category I can submit. I consider the mentioned category to be appropriate because my website sells phone cards. There are no fees for getting listed in the ODP (but nor are there any guarantees — whether your site is listed or not is decided by the editor for the category.) As for which category www.accubell.com should be submitted to, I am not competent to judge as I don't edit in that part of the directory; you should find the one category that fits your website content best. That category is not at all appropriate, because that website actually does not sell phone cards! In fact, it merely advertises for other websites that do sell various stuff. That makes it what we call an "affiliate" or "doorway". And the submittal guidelines tell you (at no charge!) all you need to know about how you should not submit it, and where you should not submit it to, and (if you submit it anyway) how long you need to wait before it's not listed.
