malhyp Posted August 18, 2008 Posted August 18, 2008 Hi there, I have been trying to register for almost 6 months now. Not sure that I should bother anymore but though I would give this forum a try. When we find the category we want to register in, there is no option at the top of the screen that says "Sugg Site". Is this because the system only shows the link when the moderators or editors catch up with their approvals? Also we tried many times to submit the question to the moderator but get cgi error messages everytime we try to contact him. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Cheers Mal PS: the category we are trying to register to is under "Website Design"
jimnoble Posted August 18, 2008 Posted August 18, 2008 When listing suggestions are disabled for a category, it generally means that all websites are listed in its subcategories or @linked categories. Some such categories have an alphabar - an alphabetical list of letter subcategories. If that's the case, select the one corresponding to the first letter of your company name.

No. If there is no link to suggest a site on a category page we don't accept sites for that category. You will have to select one of the categories below the one you were looking at. You will find such situations where categories are broken down by letter, like for instance http://dmoz.org/Computers/Internet/Web_Design_and_Development/Designers/Full_Service/ <added>I must be getting slow </added> I will not answer PM or emails send to me. If you have anything to ask please use the forum.
