Not sure "Suggest URL" is being received

I first suggested my URL probably August or September. I resubmitted within the last two days. After I hit the "Submit" button, it seemed to be sending, but I am troubled by the next screen that came up. It did not indicate any error. It read something like "be sure you verify the code--if you cannot read it, ask for a new code". I could read the code, but backed up and took another code and did it again, with same result. I know I shouldn't resubmit, but I really don't know if it is really transmitting. Is there any way to confirm my suggestion went through? I did not receive any e-mail confirmations. Do you have any idea what the problem is?

You won't get any email confirmations, but you will get a "thanks for you suggestion" screen if the suggestion has been received successfully. The page you describe indicates that the suggestion did not go through because your text didn't match that in the image.

 

There used to be a bug that meant that if you got it wrong the first time, you would never be able to get any subsequent tries to work unless you completely started again, and re-entered all the details again. We haven't had any reports of this recently, so I assume it was fixed. Nevertheless, until you get the success screen you'll need to try again with the suggestion.
