Guest janiegray Posted June 14, 2003 Posted June 14, 2003 I have attempted on several occations to change an old url that I lost http://www.atlantarealestatehomes.com to our new url http://www.bobridgeport.com ...I was patient each time and waited a couple of months between submission for a change...hoping that the change would eventually take place...it has now been 9 months and my clients are being redirected to someone else's website now...how do I get this changed...Can anyone tell me the proper channels to make this happen ...I submitted the changes according the guidelines specificed by DMOZ...and my submissions still don't even show up in the status section as having ever been submitted ...Signed desperately seeking help

dfy Posted June 14, 2003 Posted June 14, 2003 Re: Been trying for 9mo to change Old URL to new U Search hasn't been updated for a while now, due to technical issues relating to our ongoing server upgrades. When it is updated (which won't be for a few weeks yet), your new URL will be found. You won't however find your site by searching for keywords. Our search system doesn't work like that.
