dual site submission

We submitted our site to our local area. Then a few weeks later after we were not in the dir. We found a little better area and submitted into that area. We do not want to be flagged for spam. Any thoughts

Don't worry. Suggesting the same site twice will not get you marked as a spammer. And if you found a better category for it the second time, we're grateful for your help in placing the site in the most suitable category.
