No category has "no editor" - any editor in categories above this one, plus all editalls and meta-editors can edit in this category. 2. As there is no way of predicting how long it will take for a site to get listed (there is no "running order") then the idea of it taking longer has no meaning. OK, that having been said, the site is awaiting review in that category, with just short of 100 others.
