Are there active editors for every category or sub category?

but I noticed that there was a site that was listed in

Shouldn't it be moved to cursors instead? So I was wondering if this section has any editors or not? Because I have submitted several sites to cursors and have not received any e-mail back...so I'm wondering if this section is not managed?

There are 600,000 categories and some 3-6,000 active editors so the answer is not specifically. However out of these editors many can and do edit anywhere in the directory and every category is maintained to some extent (which may not involve adding sites).

 

The FAQ There's no editor for my category - will my suggestion ever get reviewed? should address your question.

 

You might consider volunteering to maintain that category yourself.

 

Thanks for the heads-up on the misplaced site however, in my inexpert opinion, it handles cursors and icons so is broader than just cursors. If you spot anymore you can use the Update URL link on the category page or the Quality Control Feedback thread in this forum to report them.
