Hi

It depends :)

If you are providing actual services, then you would suggest the site to your regional locality. If it is in the nature of a business (i.e. offering life coaching etc in return for a fee) then go down to find the best sub-category i.e. Business_and_Economy => Personal_Services => Coaching_and_Counselling . If it is a free service then a listing under the localities Society_and_Culture category ( Relationships sub-category if present) might be more appropriate

If however it is a general website and you are not providing any actual services (ie web-based only) then look under the Society_and_Culture/Relationships/ categories for similar style websites to determine the best position.

Also be sure to look at the category descriptions.

Only you can decide where to suggest the site - editors are fairly tolerant of misplaced sites if it is clear that an honest effort has been made to find the best category.

ow many days it will take to get listed.
Once you have suggested the site, it will remain there until an editor looks at it. We cannot predict when an editor will look at that category, nor whether they will spend enough time there on that occassion to review your site. It could happen tomorrow or in more than a year.

Having suggested the site, the best thing is to forget about the ODP, and promote your site in other ways.
