Cannot Suggest URL

when I try to click the "suggest URL" link, I receive the following error:

 

Proxy Error

 

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.

The proxy server could not handle the request GET /cgi-bin/add.cgi.

 

Reason: Error reading from remote server

Unfortunately there is nothing we editors can do to fix this problem, but I can tell you that it is intermittent - if you get that error, try again a few hours later, or the day after. The AOL staff, who are the only people who can do anything about it, are aware of the issue.
