A little bit confused by the description of category.

I just submitted a site to 'Business/Consumer_Goods_and_Services/Jewelry/Wholesale_and_Distribution/'.

In the page of submitting form, another category 'Shopping/Jewelry/' was also suggested to me.

 

The description of '/Jewelry/Wholesale_and_Distribution' is:

Companies who sell jewelry, jewelry components, loose gemstones, watches and/or jeweler's supplies to retail establishments, re-sellers, jewelers and designers.

 

And the one of 'Shopping/Jewelry/' is:

If you sell directly to the general public from your website you must submit to one of the Shopping/Jewelry/ categories.

 

The site i sugguested is a site of a jewelry company doing wholesale trading. Our target is to do wholesale trading but now not rejectting retail buyers because we are trying to offer a lowest minimum purchse order for retailer and resellers. And all the advertising we're doing is about wholesale but not retail sale.

 

Then finally i decided to submit my site to category 'Wholesale_and_Distribution'. But im still worrying about is this the wrong category to sugguested into ? What could i do if it was not right?

Don't worry. You tried to find the best category. We appriciate your efforts. If the reviewing editor thinks the website should fit better in Shopping he will move it to that category. It is something we do very often and not a problem. And it certainly is no reason to reject a suggestion. Thanks for your suggestion.
