redirect dmoz pages to pass link juice

hey dmoz,

a few 404 pages should be redirected to the updated pages to pass link jucie:

the pages are currently 404 error and a lot of external links are pointing to them.

1, 3 and 4 are utf-8 issues and 2, 5 and 6 are probably results of an incomplete renaming process :o

Just to confirm that by "external links" you mean ones from outside the directory?
