evaluating a useful site to be submitted and accepted into dmoz right category

I want a part of website which is quite useful for visitors and worth to be added into dmoz directory as it allows visitors to send free sms to anyone in pakistan and that part is completely in english which can be checked @<url removed> but still I have no success in getting my site listed in any of the suitable category/section of dmoz:(

 

Can anyone come up and submit it into appropriate directory ?
