How do I know if there is an issue with my URL update request?

My company purchased its URL from someone else a year ago, and twice I have submitted requests to have the details for the URL updated, but both times no changes were put through.

 

The website is <url removed>

 

My last request was submitted July 5th, 2010 (and the first was several months before that).

 

Can someone please tell me what the issue is that is preventing the updates from being put through?

We don't respond to website specific questions here and I expect a moderator will remove your URL shortly. Here's a general answer though:

 

We list websites here, not domain names. Where a domain name has been repurposed as you claim here, the new website needs a complete re-evaluation. The domain name is usually removed from the directory until that has taken place.

 

It's not possible to 'inherit' an ODP listing
