It is still waiting.

DMOZ has changed to a new version of software. As a result meta-editors are very busy with all kind of tasks and we have not been able to process application requests as fast as we would like. Please be patient.

That's not correct. It was declined this morning and email was sent to you explaining why. I'll PM you a copy of the email in a mo.

Nope, it was just pure negligence. I recopied the response from a moved post without double checking
