ODP caegory Data in SQL

I am looking for ODP category data in SQL server format so wondering if any one has got it in that format.

DMOZ does not provide the data in SQL format but there are several tools (from other people) available.

Maybe something in http://www.dmoz.org/Computers/Internet/Searching/Directories/Open_Directory_Project/Use_of_ODP_Data/Upload_Tools/ does what you are looking for.
