Editor reinstatement w/o details

I was an editor in 2006. I edited this category:

I think I also edited some English category about Palm games, maybe this one:

I thought my account was deleted by now, so I applied recently as a new editor for

http://www.dmoz.org/Business/Marketing_and_Advertising/News_and_Media/Weblogs/

with a username "valdanylchuk".

 

I received a reply stating that I was already an editor.

 

So I found an editor reinstatement form and tried to use it.

The problem is, I don't remember my username and email address.

Chances are, I no longer control the email address I used back then.

So that form could not help me.

 

I tried to recall at least my username by trying different names at

http://search.dmoz.org/public/profile?editor=valikd

but always received DMOZException:ERROR_INVALID_USER - maybe because the account is suspended.

 

How can I possibly resolve this situation?

 

I'm okay with either reinstating my old account, or creating a new one - but using the standard forms, I can't do either.

 

Please help! Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Whilst we usually welcome returning ex editors, we are insistent that they come back under their original identities. That you've forgotten some of your login details or you no longer have access to your original email account are merely stumbling blocks, not show stoppers.

Editor name (but not password)

Roughly how many edits done
