Producing an anonymous inquiry

 

There is a category that I have applied to place our non-profit website on, and so I check back every once in a while to see what's happening in that category. When I went to check that category today, there was a weird display. The subject matter of the category is one of those "hot-button" issues, and I think that someone (an editor) that does not agree with the sites belonging in that category has altered the websites representing it. The sites sitting in that category now are all "con"; no "pro" websites are actually sitting in that category now. This can be confirmed easily by going to the topic in answers.com, or wikipedia and seeing which sites are pro. This is a misrepresentation of that category, and very biased representation. I do not want to have a backlash since our site is so new and good quality, I know it can get listed eventually with DMOZ, so I do not want anyone to link this incident of concern back to our groups site. How do I find the right avenue to notify without having to go through that category and potentially facing a backlash (in other arenas besides DMOZ as well), and remain anonymous? Thank you!

Regarding KAO's post #3051: best use the public abuse reporting system, via the link "Report abuse/spam" at the top of the category page. These complaints are investigated not by the editors of the respective categories but by meta editors.
