A blank HTML page. I encounter this fairly often. Do webdesigners/webhosts do this as an alternative to a parking page when their client doen't pay?
I think it is more often a private website owner pulling down a site's content prior to the expiration of the domain.

I see the same thing. I wasn't sure if the link was hijacked or parked. Since I saw where the company does webhosting, I decided to report it as parked. In either case, the entry needed removal.
