That url is working fine for me in FireFox, IE and Opera.

 

Now I'm really intrigued. I have a lot of different toolbars in my IE which have some effect on the codings of the HTTP_USER_AGENT. I tried again with an IE having no add ons and still get a dead link. Either a regional server is out or, the Fed's don't like my IP address.

 

Any other ideas?

It loaded for me in Firefox. I held my nose and tried to load it in IE7. It loaded for me, but was extremely slow. It paused about halfway through. Does it pause or partially load for you?

It loaded just as quick in all three for me. I have quite a few 'tool bars' on IE to, although I hardly use it as I feel exactly as gloria when I do-gotta hold my nose. ;) and I haven't had a problem loading it. I have considerably more 'stuff' on my firefox than anything else and it loads just fine there too. Strange.

Site Content Does Not Match Category. I also couldn't find anything resembling the title of the entry in the site. The site appears to be selling poster sized artwork. I couldn't find a greeting card anywhere.

 

- Artwork categories include animals, portraiture, floral, landscape, still life, and handmade.

 

 

Message Says Site Closed

 

- Offering a mix of art and mythology in a notecard set.

 

 

Redirected to a Parking Page

 

- Features large and small card designs, notecards, and post-its.

 

 

Redirected to a Parking Page

 

- Cards created from water color paintings and illustrations. Features everyday, blank, invites and announcements, and holiday designs.

I didn't have a chance to try anything over the holiday weekend but tried it again tonight (http://www.fitness.gov) and it still won't load. It looks and feels like any other dead link. I will get to the bottom of this.

Potential Better Category Available This category is for "all occation" cards but the entry seems focused on Christmas cards. A Christmas card category does exist and I linked to it below.

 

- A site where charities and organisations can browse and select designs for resale to supporters.

URL Moved? The only mention of eCards I find on this site is in the image gallery where a link takes you to a different site (German language). Note, The URL of the eCard link in the image gallery is different from the link text.

 

- Offers customized graphic text messages for holidays and occasions that are inserted in illustrations and photographs.

 

 

Parking Page? Some sort of memorial/parking page. It's in Google cache but hasn't made it to Wayback yet.
