Artisan - I suspect that you have a pop-up blocker, which is preventing you from getting into certain sites beyond the splash page. Delikatessen, Digital Canvas Graphics and Zulver & Co work for me if I permit pop-ups. In fact Delikatessen has a link for those with pop-up blockers.

Sites listed in the Regional tree do not have to give information about the place/region that they are listed under. They do need to be related to the place/region. If you take a look around the Regional categories, you will see the huge range of sites that can be listed there.
