IP issues

I have a domain that is hosted in the USA but needs to be listed under http://www.dmoz.org/Regional/Africa/South_Africa/Travel_and_Tourism/Accommodation/ for it is a South Afican company and cannot get it listed nowhere. Please can anybody help with this. the site is <url removed>. It keeps on giving Not a valid IP address pattern.

Where a website is hosted does not influence in which category is can be listed.
