ODP Reinstatement original has email has expired

I was forwarded a link to this forum for help because I was interested in being reinstated as an editor but my original .mac email has expired.

I used to be an editor many years ago and I forgot the password I used back then but I remembered the email.

I can supply any information you require, please guide me toward this goal.
