Edifier Posted April 23, 2011 Posted April 23, 2011 I have a listing that is out of date for one of my websites, but since then I have forwarded that url to a new site, which I also submitted to Dmoz without thinking of my previous listing. The new listing isn't listed yet, so I would like to take off my old url and put on the new one. Can I do that? I never submitted the original listing, someone else did that to be nice so I don't have any information other than the url. Thank you.
motsa Posted April 23, 2011 Posted April 23, 2011 You can use the "update listing" link at the top of the category where your site is listed to report the change of URL for your site. I would recommend that you avoid using the opportunity to request a change to the name or description of the site (unless either are no longer accurate) since editors are likely to miss the URL update when faced with inappropriate title and/or description changes.
