Sorry for my bad english.1 year ago I submitted site 2 days after i got received email buy this SEO pack will be listed next day.I try become an ODP editor rejected after two hours they dont need people like me business gone stop.This directory www.dmoz.org/World/Lietuviu/ 80% corrupted.

Only editors can list websites and third party SEO packs claiming listing in one day are a scam. Some volunteer will process your listing suggestion in time but we can't predict who or when that might be. Elapsed times can range from a few days to a few years. There is no need to re-suggest your website and doing so could be counter-productive because a later suggestion overwrites any earlier one.

 

As to your declined editor application, the email gave advice on how to improve it. Many editor's applications were declined the first time around. They heeded the advice and tried again. Why don't you?
