Hi,

Sorry if this is the wrong place for this:

About three months ago, maybe four, I submitted a site to:

http://www.dmoz.org/Regional/Oceania/Australia/Victoria/Business_and_Economy/Construction_and_Maintenance/Architecture_and_Design/

The address of the site has changed in the meantime, and I'm now wondering if that was a good idea.

Old address: <removed url pr forum ToS>

New address: <removed url pr forum ToS>

A 301 is in place, and I'm told that a 301 proves the new address is legitimate (?)

I've also been warned not to re-submit the site, or it could be 'black listed'

Advice appreciated.

Sorry Windharp,

Is there a way to check if an old submission is still in the system? Also, is it safe to submit the site again using the new address?

Thanks for your time.

Nope.

There's no need or point. When an editor processes the old URL, they'll notice the redirect and make the appropriate change.

Safe? Your keyboard is unlikely to explode :)
