Ok heres what happened. My boss has just set me on the task of submitting directory listings for approval with our website, i wont mention the name. so the very first one I submit for approval is DMOZ, BUT my boss didnt tell me that he had submitted our site less than a month ago, so it didnt appear when I searched so I thought it wasnt submitted. I wasnt trying to get two links on there or anything I just made an honest mistake, and I cant find an email or anything to email DMOZ and ask for them to remove my submission. Is there anyway this can be done? I really dont want my mistaken submission to affect my Boss's. Please help! please please please! thanks in advance for anything anyone can do.

Two listing suggestions don not a spammer make. You'd have to try a lot harder than that! Don't worry about it :).

The other problem is the submission guidlines say that it will overwrite his submission with mine, id like to prevent that if possible. Should he resubmit his and overwrite mine again or is there anyway to just have mine deleted, so it doesnt overwrite his because i messed up and put it in the wrong category too. UGH!

There's no need to take any remedial action. We're used to people making mistakes.

Some volunteers will evaluate the listings in due course, make any required category moves and almost certainly have to rewrite the description anyway. We can't predict who or when that will be.
