It's no longer awaiting evaluation and there isn't an editor account with that name so I imagine it was declined.

You told me that you never received a reply to either of your applications. I urge you to white list all mail from the dmoz.org domain in your email client.

 

Applications are evaluated by volunteers and time scales are thus uncontrolled. It was a bad idea to apply again so soon after your application of 9th July without knowing the outcome.

 

I've PM'd you a copy of the reviewer comments from your first application.
