Man & Machine - Category & Description

I submitted a Description change about two months ago but haven't heard a thing and description on our site is the same. We also need to change the category but am afraid to submit twice.

 

We need this done correctly and soon because the description matches our old business and there is confusion when people find us.

 

Please help.

It's most probable that an editor hasn't yet reviewed your update request yet. If you believe that your site should be moved elsewhere, by all means mention it in a replacement request.

Note: We only update when the changes requested are actually visible on the site itself - also please avoid the temptation to keyword the title/description, it can mask the real reasons of the update.

Thank you. The category was corrected. But a generic description was placed there which is completely wrong.

 

I submitted for an updated description, but nothing yet after 2 months. I'm afraid to submit again, but we've got a trade show coming up and the description states we use anti-microbials which we do not. This is a big deal.

 

The category doesn't have an editor. I want to know whether I should resubmit.

If your previous request hasn't yet been honoured, it's probably because no volunteer has yet volunteered to process it. That being the case, nothing would be achieved by making further update requests.
