There's an application for that category awaiting evaluation but it's dated 24th and has a different editor name. Despite that, I'm confident it's yours.

Hi Irene,

I also recently applied to become an editor of a DMOZ category, on 21st November (mellymel). I think the DMOZ guys are now starting to accept new editors, but have a huge backlog of applications to work through, so unfortunately I think we just have to try to be patient! :-( Like you, I'm keen to start adding some cool new websites to the directory, to make DMOZ remain the best directory out there in 2012! Good luck with your application and hope we can both chat as editors again in the future.
