It's still waiting for a volunteer meta editor who feels competent to evaluate it to do so.

 

<added>. I just took a brief look in case there was an obvious problem - and there is. The category has a huge pool of websites awaiting evaluation, much of it spam. It's more suited to an experienced editor than a beginner. For that reason, I'm declining it (now done YGM).

Hi there, I applied again on May 10th and May 11th received a rejection notice. I retooled my application and applied again in late May to the following category:
