How do I add a photo to my forum profile?

I found the area to add my photo but it didn't seem to let me upload or add the link to my image.

Only editors can have avatars.

To expand on jimnoble's answer, if you are an editor, have your account here upgraded to "editor" by posting in this thread. Then you'll be able to add your avatar. B)
