precisionwrittens Posted October 31, 2012 Posted October 31, 2012 I'm trying to suggest my site to ODP, I put in all the information, and the select the category. Then I hit submit and it takes me to this page thats pretty much blank. The tab title says "Oops, an error occured" and theres just this "Go Back" link which takes me back to the page where I just entered all the sites information. I've tried this over and over again and the same thing happens. I'm not sure what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
masteraks Posted November 1, 2012 Posted November 1, 2012 First of all, Make sure you have enable Java Script in your browser. Second, Clear the CACHE and then try again.
masteraks Posted November 1, 2012 Posted November 1, 2012 If what I said ? doesn't fix the problem then may be there is an error which need to be fixed. Sit back and relax till AOL Engineers fix the problem.
Meta pvgool Posted November 1, 2012 Meta Posted November 1, 2012 People who are not an editor are requested niot to answer questions as they do not know about the internal workings of DMOZ. "Oops, an error occured" most of the times means that DMOZ is under stress (we get many vistors and sometimes robots crawling our site). Just try it again in a few hours or next day. I will not answer PM or emails send to me. If you have anything to ask please use the forum.
