If a description is wrong you should go to the category and click "URL-ni yeniləyin" at the top of the page. (according to my translation software this means URL update listing).

Tell us what the correct description is and why we should make the update.

 

If you have prove of abuse you can file an abuse report (it is the link 2nd from right on top of the category page ( strangly enough it does show to me in my own language)

Some volunteer will process your listing suggestion in time but we can't predict who or when that might be. Elapsed times can range from a few days to a few years. However, update requests show up prominently on our dashboards and most editors give them priority processing.

 

Note that processing isn't necessarily acceptance.
