Reporting broken links in categories ?

Hello all, I have noticed a lot of broken links and sites that have now become just hosting landing pages within the topic I am interested in, I would like to report these but cannot remember and find where the topic is for this ?

It is in the Quality Control Feedback section of this forum

in the thread called Report Hijacks, Dead Links, Inappropriate ODP Content, and other issues here ONLY
