The site has recently been redesigned, and I would like it listed in the directory. I was wondering if it has been reviewed yet, and if it has been declined, will it be all right to resubmit it to this category? http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Weddings/Invitations_and_Announcements/ Thanks!

There is no record of your site ever being touched in dmoz.org and it is not waiting in the unreviewed que of the category you linked to. There must have been a problem with the submission process. It looks like the category has an editor and there is no backlog so if you resubmit I think you have a real good chance of getting in promptly though i cannot promise it.
