Website link existed in ODP database but not showing?

I am trying to apply the editor but found an interesting problem, can anyone explain?

 

If you search <url removed> on ODP, you will see the following search result:

Open Directory Sites (1-1 of 1)

  <url removed> World: Chinese Simplified: 地区: 大洋洲: 澳大利亚: 新闻与媒体 ()
  

But clicking into the directory, I can't find the website in that directory.

There's a bug in our rudimentary search which sometimes shows websites that have been removed from the directory. The actual category is definitive.
