andyyoly, editor accounts are not connected with websites.

For me it sounds like you were to an editor but are just interested in a websites that has been listed (or maybe still is listed) in DMOZ.

 

An editor name and password are only needed if you want to login and start editing again.

If you want to suggest a website or want to request for a change to a listed website you can do so like anybody on DMOZ.

At the top of the category are links to suggest a website and to request a change.

Yes I want to Login to my dmoz acct and start editing (like I have done many times in past years), but I can Not since I lost my log on and password.

Well, according to our records, you've never edited in that category under your name or anything even vaguely approaching it

Just to check, you are sure your account was at http://www.dmoz.org/ ? (and not Wikipedia, Yahoo, GoDaddy or Zeal?)

Have you ever had another email address or another website? If so send me a PM directly "Send to elper" in Dmoz.

Thanks for the feedback - there is really no trace of you as an editor at the Open Directory Project / Dmoz...

I suggest you simply re-apply for a category that you are interested in - by all means mention this forum thread, but please do not select the "editor before" checkbox.
