confirmation email

I just applied to become an editor but there was no confirmation email sent.

with the username "catpath" and I never received a confirmation email to verify my email address.Just wanted to see if there is a delay with those and also make sure you received it.

 

 

I also checked my spam and junk mail folders. Nothing

There is no problem on our side as far as I can see. We have received other applicaations.

Without the confirmation editors are not able to see the application.

If I have not received a confirmation letter after sending the registration data I need to try again?

I have another question. I want to become editor of a very narrow Ukrainian branch. But, unfortunately, all the editors over the years have not entered DMOZ. For instance, you can consider my application? I need to apply in English or Ukrainian?

Please apply in the language used in the category in which you wish to edit. An editor in that language will process the application.

Generally, if you don't receive an email asking you to confirm your editor application, there is a problem and you'll have to try again.

Keeping a copy of the application can be useful for that, and also to understand a possible rejection mail and reviewer comments...

 

@catpath - just to confirm your application is queued normally.

I could not find any specific comments that were send to you.

My advice: use websites not deeplinks as example
