New editor login problem

Hi there

 

I have just been accepted as a new editor but I guess I was expecting a little more information. I cannot remember the password i used when registering and I've tried to reset it using my username, Audioguy64, but haven't received anything. I've tried various case options for the user name.

 

any advice would be appreciated :0)

editornames are always completely lowercase

I have requested our system to send you an email to reset your password

please follow the steps in that email

I haven't received any reset emails as before. After reading through some of the posts in the forum i'm thinking this may be a problem with the system? My email address isn't hotmail, it's though my own .com domain and should be no problem.

 

If you could help further it would be appreciated.

hello, thought i'd try again with the password reset and this time I got the email through so reset and all sorted
