michaelcorfman Posted April 25, 2015 Posted April 25, 2015 Hi, I'm not sure how long I should expect it to take for an editor reinstatement request to be processed. I think it was about a month ago when I submitted my request, certainly longer than the guideline of 14 days before inquiring about status in the forum here. My editor login profile can be seen here: http://www.dmoz.org/public/profile?editor=michaelcorfman I did try logging in, after I has submitted my reinstatement request, perhaps a week or two ago, and at the time I again received the message that my account had been inactivated, and then when I tried to submit a reinstatement request again, I received a message that a reinstatement request was already in progress. But now when I try that again, I do not get any message about an already existing request in progress, but my account also evidently not reinstated since I still receive the notice it is inactivated. Thank you for your help.
RZ Admin Elper Posted April 26, 2015 RZ Admin Posted April 26, 2015 Hi, Your reinstatement request is queued waiting for review - as always in Dmoz, the time it takes for something to happen is both variable and unpredictable. Please bump this thread if you hear nothing for a fortnight... elper {moz}:curlie: All opinions expressed are my own, and do not necessarily represent the official point of view of the administration of either this forum or the directory.
michaelcorfman Posted May 26, 2015 Author Posted May 26, 2015 Hi, Since it has been a couple of fortnights now and I have not heard anything yet, I am bumping this thread as suggested. Thanks for your help.
Meta mollybdenum Posted May 26, 2015 Meta Posted May 26, 2015 Your request is still in the queue. I will not answer PM or emails sent to me. If you have anything to ask please use the forum.
