How to suggest a site for evaluation?

I want to suggest a site for evaluation. How can I do that?

Thanks very much for your reply. I guess DMOZ is replaced with Curlie and you cant add a site suggestion to this category:

and have to use the Curlie version of the same category?

Select a category and click the "document"-icon after the category title. If there is no icon it is not possible to suggest sites to that category, then you should seek out a sub-category.
