terms.rdf.u8: Incorrectly Formatted Data

The terms.rdf.u8 file supplied in the latest RDF dump is inccorect - basically it lists every term under every category a la:

I have passed that information back into an ongoing discussion of various RDF errors that have happened recently. Some of those may be connected with a few things that happened during the recent server upgrades. It is being looked into.
